Looks more like something a ho-bag elementalist would wear, definitely not as classy as the usual mesmer attire.

One of my guildies asked my ele in a hydromancer outfit why she was in her underwear. Then i told her that the Hydromancer outfit protected against cold damage. She couldn't type for like 5 minutes, she was laughing so hard
